Built for the shop that already runs the school rental table
A music shop website has to rent an instrument in under 90 seconds, keep Amazon and the floor as one pile, and keep the repair bench moving.
Here is the first build in this vertical: The String & Horn Shop in Bryan, TX. Public site plus a shop office for rentals, repairs, leads, and an Amazon-mirrored catalog. AIMsi stays the register. Parents do not get a portal.
This is one shop, not a claim that every music store works this way. Amazon is the retail catalog because they FBM every order. Monthly rental prices stay off the public pages until the owner confirms them.
The problems this build addressed
- School-fair rental signup on paper or a rented form that does not put a card on file
- Amazon inventory and the website inventory maintained in two places
- Repair status living in the shop's head or a separate clipboard
- A new public site that lifted headlines but still sends money through Ecwid or Cognito
- Invented testimonials on the live site that a parent can smell immediately
What the vertical build includes
- Public site: rentals, repairs, shop, brands, about, news, contact, tap-to-call on the first screen
- Event rental form: parent, student, instrument, e-sign, card-on-file then charge-on-issue
- Shop office: leads, events, repair board, pages, inventory counts from the same pile as Amazon
- Claims audit that will not republish invented reviews or flatten Bowman 1979 / Rieger 1994
- A per-URL PRESERVE or 301 map from the current Astro site and the older WordPress paths

Bring me the current site, the school-fair calendar, and the rental rates you actually charge.
I will map what needs to be preserved, what needs confirmation, and what a skeptical reviewer should test.
