What this site collects, and why.

What is collected

• Contact form submissions: the name, email address, and message you send, plus the submitting IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention). Submissions are stored and forwarded to Cooper McCall by email.
• Client portal accounts: existing clients have login credentials (passwords are stored hashed) and the documents and agreements associated with their engagement.
• Payments: client payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on this site's servers.

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers and does not sell or rent any information to anyone.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used to reply to you and to prepare for a discovery call. Client data is used to deliver the contracted work. Email delivery for form notifications uses Resend; hosting is on Vercel. Those providers process data only to provide their service.

Your choices

To ask what is held about you, or to have your inquiry deleted, email cooper@hireawatchstander.com. Client data ownership is part of the ownership standard: your domain, content, and data remain yours and transfer cleanly.
